How to Install apache2 software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

apache2 software package provides Apache HTTP Server metapackage, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install apache2 

apache2 is installed in your system.

Make ensure the apache2 package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep apache2 *
